Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or taxes upon delivery. We recommend selecting the USPS option, as it typically avoids broker fees that may apply with UPS.
Shipping times vary by product.
If a product is listed as in-house (pre-made), please allow 1–5 business days for processing and delivery. If it’s marked as PRE-ORDER, expect a shipping window of3–8 business weeks. Be sure to check each product description for specific shipping details.
We don’t take random returns, but we handle each case personally.
If your piece doesn’t fit the way you hoped, we can exchange it for another size if it’s in stock. Email us at lc@luxchiq.com and we’ll do our best to help you out.
